Decadent Desserts You'd Never Guess Are Guilt-Free
Chocolate-Banana Bread Pudding for 2
This dessert feels fancy, yet it's made in the microwave. Decadent, delicious, and so easy to make.
Lightly toast 4 slices of light bread. Let cool slightly, and tear into bite-sized pieces. In a medium-large bowl, combine 1/2 cup mashed banana, 1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk, 1/4 cup egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute, 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, and a dash of salt. Mix thoroughly. Add bread pieces and 1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and gently stir to coat.
Spray 2 microwave-safe mugs with nonstick spray. Divide mixture between the mugs. Place both mugs in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes, or until set. Divide 1/2 cup sliced banana among the top of the cups, and sprinkle each with an additional 1 tsp. chocolate chips.

Banana Split Bites
Skip oversized (and messy) ice cream sundaes, and go for this adorable dessert. Only three ingredients, and it's shockingly healthy.
Slice two medium bananas into 32 coins total. Evenly top with 4 oz. (about 1/2 cup) fat-free strawberry Greek yogurt, and sprinkle with 4 tsp. finely chopped peanuts. Freeze until yogurt is firm, about 1 hour.

Apple Pie Tostadas
Apple pie and tostadas might sound like an odd couple, but these two are great together.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a medium nonstick pot, combine 1 tsp. cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water, and stir to dissolve. Add 1 1/2 cups peeled/chopped apples, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract, and a dash of salt. Stir well. Set heat to medium low. Stirring frequently, cook until apples have slightly softened and mixture is thick and gooey, 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, lay tortillas on the sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes per side until crispy. Top with gooey apples.

Raspberry Kiss Crunchettes
Because it wouldn't be date night without kisses! Here's another three-ingredient recipe you'll love.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Start with 6 frozen mini fillo shells, and place a Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kiss in each one. Bake until Kisses are hot and have just softened, about 3 minutes. Immediately and gently press a raspberry into the center of each shell.

Caramel-Drizzled Caramelized Pineapple
These caramel-drizzled treats are sure to have you coming back for more.
Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat.
Sprinkle 8 pineapple rings (fresh or packed in juice and drained) on both sides with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and cook until slightly blackened and caramelized, about 4 minutes per side, flipping carefully.
Plate rings, and drizzle with 1 tbsp. fat-free, low-fat, or light caramel dip.
