Don't Puke!

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 3 rounds of the following circuit.

10 Broad Jumps
30-second Push-Up Hold
5 Wall Walks

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Work until failure on the push-up hold; simply hold until you drop.
