Yotopia launches Myo-Fit menu
Yoga gurus Yotopia have unveiled a new yoga menu to challenge all abilities
Thought yoga was an easy ride? Think again. The latest developments within the practice are technical, results-driven and led by science.
Yotopia’s menu of Myo-Fit classes fuse some serious scientific know-how with the traditional teachings of ancient yoga.
The main discovery is that the body moves in spirals rather than linear patterns (i.e. backwards and forwards). Spiraling movements have been found to enhance traditional postures, and Myo-Fit’s classes harness this knowledge to deliver practices that strengthen the core and enhance fluidity of movement and vitality.
The Myo-Fit method is used across all classes from Curiosity (a therapeutic exploration) to their signature Quantum (dynamic sequences designed to challenge).
And for those seeking something extra intense, hot room options allow you to primp your class, increasing the energising and detoxifying benefits.
Classes start from £13 for 60 minutes.
